Nikolai Construction just signed a 2.5 million dollar contract to build a new manufacturing facility for Quality Tank Solutions located in the Norwood Industrial Park. Work is expected to begin mid May on the 40,000 sq ft metal with completion in September 2017.
Ground was broke this week for the new building the first week of May 2017.
Steel was delivered and erection of the building began the week of June 19-lots of work to be done to meet our deadline of September 11, 2017.
The steel crew has been working hard to get this building set.
Concrete work began at the end of July. Our crews will make two pours of 20,000 square feet each to complete the floor portion of this building.
With concrete just about done- the crew begins sheeting the walls.
Walls are up and crane is installed
