Nikolai Construction has just signed to construct a 20,500 sq ft crane building for our long time customer Custom Fabricating and Repair. This 2.1 million dollar job will kick off late fall and mirror the building we put up for them just a few years ago!
Site work is complete concrete is being poured…
Frame of the building is being set..
With the frame complete- sheeting and roofing begin.
Sheeting’s on so work starts inside with insulation installation…
