Nikolai Construction was awarded the contract for the new Chevrolet dealership for Wheelers in Wisconsin Rapids. The 22,000 sq ft new construction project will begin early May 2017 on the and be completed by November 1, 2017.
Work began in May with clearing and leveling the building site.
Footings and floor were poured and the block firewall was started.
Steel erection of the building begins as our crane lifts pieces into place.
Framing for the building is just about complete. Precast is being set with our crane.
Roof decking is complete and wall sheathing and steel stud work has begun.
Work continues and our completion date draws nearer…
